Expiration:

• Expired vouchers will not be honored, and no extensions will be granted.

Booking and Cancellation:

• Appointments are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the voucher may be forfeited.

Personalisation:

• Vouchers can be personalised with the recipient's name and a brief message.
• Changes to personalisation details can only be made before the voucher is emailed to you.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

• Kristal Jade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers. Please treat vouchers like cash.

Refunds:

• Voucher purchases are non-refundable.
• In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Voucher Amount:

• Vouchers with monetary values can be applied toward any service. Any remaining balance will be retained for future use.

Delivery:

• Vouchers will be emailed to you, please ensure email addresses are correct.
• We are not responsible for errors in email addresses provided for digital delivery.
