• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate any massage in the event of inappropriate behavior or sexual advances.

2. Location and Accessibility:

• The massage must take place in a safe and accessible location within 30 kilometers of Peregian.
• The location must have adequate space for the massage table and access to air conditioning during the treatment.

3. Cancellation Policy:

•  Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. 

4. Payment:

• Payment for the massage must be made in full before the treatment begins.
• Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer.

5. Gift Vouchers:

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Health and Safety:

• The client must inform the therapist of any health conditions or injuries that may affect the massage.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify the treatment based on the client's health condition.

7. Liability:

• The therapist will not be liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of the massage.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
